friendly receptionistperfect food
Check-in was easy, and the receptionist was friendly. The staff, especially Megan and Maddie, were pretty good with their service (i really appreciated their help). The food was spot on. Breakfast and dinner were both perfect.

The staff were very helpful. the location was good, and it was easy to find! the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was quite nice. the breakfast had a good variety.
The wifi was not great! i wanted to watch something on my laptop, but it was difficult. there were no biscuits provided anymore, disappointing. there were no longer a pad and pen in the room. I found that inconvenient.

breakfast was very busy, but the staff handled it well. the room was lovely. i liked the coffee machine and selection of coffee, teas and biscuits. the beds were comfy and clean.
the wifi was not great when i wanted to watch something on my laptop.

the staff were helpful and efficient during check-in. they quickly addressed my questions about local amenities. i found the reception staff to be friendly and always ready to help with directions or any requests i had, very happy.
